6. Customer Terms

• Customers should provide reasonable access for service delivery

6.2 Disputes and Resolution

• Customers should first attempt to resolve issues directly with service providers
• LokLink may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for service quality
• Refund policies depend on individual service provider terms

7. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Transaction fees may apply as disclosed at the time of payment
• Refunds are subject to individual service provider policies
• LokLink is not responsible for payment disputes between users

8. Intellectual Property

• LokLink owns all rights to the platform, including design, code, and trademarks
• Users retain rights to their original content but grant LokLink license to use it
